Located on the waterfront of the Prinsengracht, our restaurant is housed in a beautiful warehouse dating back to 1680.

We work with fish, shellfish, and seafood that are in season at any given time. Our meat comes from local butchers, and our vegetables follow the rhythm of the seasons. Every season has something special to offer and you can taste that in our kitchen.

What nature provides at just the right moment is what we value most. It challenges us to stay creative and to keep cooking with the very best ingredients. With these beautiful products, we hope to offer our guests a truly memorable evening.

Everything we can make ourselves, we do so with great pleasure. A perfect example is our delicious homemade sourdough bread, which is highly praised by our guests.
